Does SmartLock fit all door types?

SmartLock is suitable for most standard door types, including wooden doors, security doors, aluminum doors, etc. Before purchasing, we recommend that you measure the thickness and type of your door to ensure compatibility. Our customer service team can also provide you with professional purchasing advice.

What should I do if the battery is dead?

SmartLock door locks automatically remind you to replace the battery when the battery is low. If the battery is completely exhausted, you can use the USB-C port for emergency charging (supports mobile power), or you can use the mechanical key to open the door lock. Our door locks are designed with low power consumption, and 4 AA batteries can usually be used for more than 12 months.

How to remotely control door locks?

Just download our TTlock/Tuya App, register and bind your door lock, make sure the door lock is connected to your home Wi-Fi or mobile phone Bluetooth, and you can remotely control the door lock anytime and anywhere. You can check the door lock status, authorize temporary passwords, view door opening records, etc. The App supports iOS and Android systems.

Does installation require a professional?

We recommend that you have the door lock installed by a professional to ensure that it is installed correctly and can be used normally. If you have some DIY experience, you can also choose to install it yourself. We provide detailed installation guides and video tutorials.

What should I do if fingerprint recognition is not sensitive?

If fingerprint recognition is not sensitive, you can try the following methods: 1. Clean the fingerprint recognition area; 2. Delete the original fingerprint in the App and re-enter it; 3. Make sure your finger is dry and clean; 4. Try using a different finger. Our door lock uses advanced fingerprint recognition technology with a recognition rate of up to 99.9%. There will be no recognition problems under normal use.

What should I do if face recognition is not sensitive?

If face recognition is not sensitive, you can try the following methods:


1. Clean the face recognition area;
2. Delete the original face in the App and re-enter it;
3. Make sure the face is not blocked and the light is bright (no hat/mask, sunglasses, etc.);
